Are Fitter Stronger Bundles meal replacements?

Yes and no. To be called a meal replacement, it must comply with the Food Standards Code with respect to ingredients, meaning the inclusion of all the things that would substitute a meal, including sugar and carbs. Which we are generally trying to avoid. Specifications are one-size-fits-all and don’t differ or typically take into account any specific gender or age requirements.

We refer to our Fitter Stronger Pack as a “meal alternative, and we use it as an alternative to 1 daily meal, generally breakfast. It has the things that are important to older males and fewer nasties. 

Why isn't your Fitter Stronger pack in one pouch?

We believe the amount of protein needed differs by person and goal. Separate pouches allow for flexibility regarding protein use and the number of scoops consumed daily.   

What is an "ingestible powder"

Typically, vitamins and minerals are pill or capsule-based, which can be inconvenient and often feel like medicine. Not to mention, it is almost impossible to cram meaningful amounts of certain ingredients into a single pill or capsule, requiring multiple.

We offer next-day FREE pick-up from ATOS, 152 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, Sydney, NSW. The office is open 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

How long to deliver?

Orders are mailed within 1-2 business days of your order, 99% of the time using either standard or express post, depending on your selection. Delivery can be longer depending on your location and distance from a capital city.

Are your products appropriate for females?

YES. We do specifically target men over 50, but there are no additional required warnings for female use that are not already on each pack. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, definitely consult your doctor.

In certain cases, daily requirements may be slightly less for female users, but none of our ingredients exceed the daily published upper limits in Australia.

Why only Vanilla flavoured protein?

As old bulls, we wanted to keep things simple. Research showed that vanilla and chocolate accounted for 97% of the market, with no significant preference for either flavour. In addition, the founders all had a preference for vanilla (Sorry). The bottom line is that it's one less decision you have to make. 

I'm a vegetarian, is this for me?

Whey protein does not contain any meat products but is derived from cow's milk.
