Given the high prices paid for protein bars these days, I thought I'd share this innovative recipe from one of our Old Bulls, thanks Eric!!
Ingredients
- 120g oats uncooked
- 40g Old Bull Protein = 1.33 Scoops
- 4 egg whites
- 120g grated carrot
- 12g agave syrup
- Small amount of cinnamon & nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 6 tablespoons of water
Instructions
Combine it all in a blender to get it smooth. Place in a lined baking try. Cook for 30 minutes at 175c or until when you poke it with a fork it comes out clean

Result: I've tried it and it tastes delicious! I race virtually on Zwift with Eric for team AERO, and he swears this is great to take on real World rides too
