Serving suggestion
- Mix 1 scoop or 30 g with 350 ml plus of water or milk or add to your favourite smoothie.
- Can be used any time of day, good 30 minutes either side of exercise. First thing in the morning gets the metabolism. Close to exercise supports muscle recovery and repair.
- You can also add other Old Bull powder formulas to your protein.
