Refund policy

1. Money back guarentee.

If you purchase one of our products and are unhappy with it, send it back, and we will refund you. Just a few common sense requirements below:

• Was your item damaged during transit? We will send a replacement; just return the damaged item, and we will cover shipping. Just contact us.
• If you don't like it, return it, and we will refund the price you paid, We don't refund shipping when it has been paid for on delivery.
• We don't refund empty containers, pouches, or packaging.
• Returns of opened products within 7 days of order going out.
• Returns of unopened products within 30 days of order going out.

Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product you select is right for you. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

You can return unopened Products (see above) provided we can restock them (they do not need to be damaged). Refunds of this nature exclude related shipping paid by either party.

2. Other returns.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Old Bull Health will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair, or refund (as applicable) where:

• The product is damaged, or
• The product is faulty, and
• You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Old Bull Health may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. Old Bull Health reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund, or repair where the item's fault results from misuse or neglect.

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails completely, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

3. Delivery or shipping problem.

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at help@oldbullhealth.com to assess the damage and work out a solution. Please share a photo of the item and /or delivery package to aid in a speedy resolution.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at help@oldbullhealth.com. We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

4. Changes to the returns policy

Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
