There are many opinions out there around supplements, this works, that works, you need this, just eat a balanced diet, and so on.
There is also a lot of noise around AI (Artificial Intelligence), so we decided to put them (AI) to the test against some online experts and our own Testosterone & Immunity Formula.
We included ChatGPT 4.0 and Google Bard and used the following script:
"Please recommend vitamins and mineral supplements a man over 50 should be taking for health and longevity."
We also identified similar content with similar search parameters in Google, The National Institute of Aging, Medical News Today, WebMD and NCBI.Â
Now before we proceed any further, keep in mind, this is general information and content, and some of the articles only covered vitamins and minerals we (men over 50) were potentially deficient in, others included all supplements regardless, and some focussed on food as a source of daily vitamins and mineral requirements. So please take this as interesting information in a journey of discovery, and the capability of AI rather than any form of health advice.Â

Results:

So, there you have it. If you asked ChatGPT or Google Bard, and you were a man over 50, that's what they would say, alongside paragraphs and paragraphs of disclaimers.
We will start to cover amounts as in recommended daily intake and upper limits in the near future.
