Old Bull Health Privacy Policy
Last updated: [29 July 2026]
Old Bull Health Pty Ltd, ABN 34 646 197 328 ("Old Bull Health", "us", "we", "our"), complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the applicable Australian Privacy Principles, together with the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW) (HRIP Act) and the applicable Health Privacy Principles, when handling personal information, including health information.
Introduction
In short: This covers how we handle your data across our Website, our Apps, and our Books — and what's covered by someone else's privacy policy instead (like Apple's or Amazon's).
When you use our Website, download one of our Apps, or purchase one of our Books, you're trusting us with your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we manage, use, and protect the information we collect through:
- Our Website, oldbullhealth.com
- Our Apps, including TTGR and To Do Parking Stacker, and any other Old Bull Health app made available via the Apple App Store (or any other current or future app marketplace).
- Our Books, available via Amazon and other retailers, whether digital, audio format, or physical
(together, our Products).
Where data is collected on a related but separate platform like the Apple App Store or Amazon, that platform's own privacy policy applies to what they collect, in addition to this Policy. We explain where that line sits throughout this document.
By accessing our Website, downloading or using any of our Apps, or purchasing any of our Books, you're consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Why we need this information:
- To process any purchases you make
- To keep you updated on your purchase or order
- To request reviews of your purchase
- To respond to your queries or feedback
- To ship replacement or other products from time to time
- To share relevant articles and information from time to time
- Where relevant to a specific App, to provide the App's core functionality (see "Our Apps" below)
Personal Information means any information or opinion about an identified or reasonably identifiable person whether true or not.
What we typically collect, and why:
- Your name
- Your physical address
- Your contact details
- Payment details, collected via third-party payment providers (or via Apple/Amazon, where you've purchased an App or Book through their platforms — see "Payment & Purchases" below)
- Information collected through your purchases, use, interaction, or participation with our Website, Apps, or Books
We also have specific and consistent privacy policies related to our Apps:
1. Collection
In short: We collect what we need to deliver our Products and provide our Apps, and no more than that.
We collect Personal Information to deliver our Products and services.
We may collect this information through:
- Our Website, https://oldbullhealth.com/
- Our Apps (see Section 9 below for App-specific detail)
- The sale and distribution of our Products, in person, verbally, through advertising platforms, and/or in writing
We collect Personal Information:
- From customers who register on our Website, download or use one of our Apps, or purchase a plan, Product, or Book
- Through enquiries via our Website, social media, our Apps, or however our Website is accessed
- Through phone calls, messages, or electronic communication
- From third-party service providers, when they provide services to us or invoice us
What we collect depends on who you are and how you interact with us — it may include certain health information (see Section 2).
If you choose not to give us information we've requested, we may not be able to ship your Product, provide access to an App feature, or otherwise deliver our Services.
Health Information means any information about your health or disability, or relating to a health service you've received.
We may collect Health Information from customers to provide plans (where available), keep a record of what you've purchased, or, where relevant, support the functionality of an App like TTGR (for example, workout progress, sessions completed, or weights used). This helps us safely and accurately provide our Services and improve their quality.
Consent: By registering on our Website, using our Apps, purchasing our Books, or otherwise engaging our Services, you give informed consent for us to collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information (including Health Information) for the purposes in this Policy.
Use: We may use Personal Information (excluding Health Information) to provide our Services, operate our Website and Apps, send our newsletter, respond to feedback, communicate with service providers, develop new Services, or enforce our Terms and Conditions.
If you're a third-party service provider, we use your details to correspond about your services and pay your invoices.
Unless you've opted out, you consent to us using your Personal Information (excluding Health Information) for direct marketing by mail, phone, email, messaging apps, SMS, or social media. You can always opt out of future marketing.
2. Health information
In short: We're careful with health data, only collect what we need, and you can always ask what we hold.
We comply with the Privacy Principles (and, where applicable, the GDPR) in collecting, using, and disclosing Health Information.
We collect your Health Information:
- Only as necessary to provide our Services (or with your consent, or where the law requires it)
- Only from you, or someone you've authorised (including a caregiver)
- Carefully, taking reasonable steps to keep it confidential, and requiring anyone we share it with to do the same
- Accurately, you can request a copy of the Health Information we hold anytime by emailing help@oldbullhealth.com. If it's inaccurate, we'll fix it based on what you provide.
3. Disclosure and sharing
In short: We don't sell your data around; we only share it where needed to run our business, and only with providers we trust.
You agree we may disclose Personal Information (excluding Health Information) to third parties associated with your purchase, to service providers helping us deliver our Services, and for marketing purposes.
We'll only share Personal Information with additional third parties with your consent, or where the law permits or requires it. Some overseas locations may have weaker data protection laws than Australia. We only use data processors who provide sufficient guarantees, implement appropriate safeguards, protect your rights, and agree to comply with this Privacy Policy.
4. Data security
In short: We take reasonable steps to keep your data safe, and you can ask us to correct or delete it anytime.
We take reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information we hold from misuse, loss, interference, and unauthorised access or modification, and to keep it accurate, complete, and up to date.
We rely on reputable third parties such as Shopify, which powers our Website and have procedures for monitoring data security, handling any breaches reported to us, and notifying you and the relevant authorities where required.
Please make sure your details are correct, and let us know if anything we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date; we'll take reasonable steps to fix it. We may destroy or de-identify information once it's no longer needed, and we may retain and use de-identified information.
Please keep your login details and passwords private and secure.
Your right to deletion: You can ask us to delete your Personal Information (or return it to you) in certain circumstances, for example, where it's no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, or where you've withdrawn consent and there's no other legal basis for us to keep it. To request this, email help@oldbullhealth.com.
5. Our Website
oldbullhealth.com
Links to other websites: Our Website contains links to other sites. We're careful about what we link to, but linking doesn't mean we endorse or vouch for their content or advice, and we're not responsible for their privacy practices. Please make your own assessment of any linked site's accuracy, currency, and reliability.
Cookies: We may use cookies or similar tracking technology through your browser. This helps us recognise returning visitors, and we may share non-personally-identifiable information (like browsing behaviour in our store) with reputable social media platforms to improve our marketing and website experience. You can adjust your browser settings to limit cookies or tracking, though this may affect how well our Website works for you. This section applies to our Website — our native Apps don't use browser cookies in the same way (see Section 9).
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and interaction. This doesn't let us view personally identifiable information — it's an additional layer of aggregate data. Google is a third-party processor.
Third-party advertisers or ad servers may place their own cookies when ads are served on our site; this is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.
Google Tag Manager: We use this to help track user behaviour and feed that data to platforms like Google Analytics, to improve targeting and offers. Google is a third-party processor here too.
Contact, signup, and download forms: If you contact us via a form on another site, or download content, your information may be stored in our backend systems, collated, and emailed to us via SMTP.
Third-party data processors we use include:
- Google (Privacy Policy)
- Microsoft (Privacy Statement)
- Shopify (Privacy for Customers at Shopify-Powered Stores)
6. Payment/purchases: Website, Apps, Books.
In short: Our Website payments go through Stripe/PayPal. If you buy through Apple or Amazon, they handle that payment data under their own privacy policies.
Purchases made directly on our Website are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal, under their own privacy and security practices.
Purchases and downloads of our Apps via the Apple App Store, including any in-app purchases, are processed by Apple. Apple collects and handles this payment information under Apple's own Privacy Policy, not ours — we don't receive or store your full payment details for App Store transactions.
Purchases of our Books via Amazon are processed by Amazon, under Amazon's own Privacy Notice. We don't receive or store your payment details for Amazon purchases.
For any of these, we may receive limited, non-sensitive information from Apple or Amazon (such as confirmation that a purchase occurred) to help us provide support or verify your access, but the detailed payment data itself stays with Apple or Amazon.
7. Corrections and complaints
You can request access to, and a copy of, any Personal Information we hold about you (including Health Information), subject to any legal exceptions, by emailing help@oldbullhealth.com.
Please also let us know if you have any concerns about how we're handling your Personal Information, so we can address them. If our records are inaccurate, or you'd like to update your details, let us know, and we'll make the changes promptly.
8. Transfer
If Old Bull Health is sold, merged, restructured, or has substantial assets transferred, we may transfer, sell, or assign the Personal Information we've collected to a relevant third party subject to this Privacy Policy.
9. Our Apps
In short: Each App is different — some (like TTGR) may store progress data to work properly; others (like Task Stacker) are built to collect nothing at all beyond your device. We tell you which is which here.
We currently offer the following Apps via the Apple App Store:
TTGR (including TTGR 2 – Core & More): No data is stored, other than your details in the Apple App Store.
To Do Parking Stacker: Task Stacker is built specifically to collect nothing beyond what's needed for the App to function on your device. As stated in the App's own store listing, your task entries stay on your phone; we don't track you, and we don't collect your task data on our servers, beyond the standard, aggregated analytics Apple provides natively to all developers (which doesn't identify you individually). If this changes in a future update, we'll update this Policy and the App's store listing to reflect it.
Apple's own data collection: Regardless of which App you use, Apple separately collects information about your download, purchase, and use of Apps through the App Store, as described in Apple's own Privacy Policy and in the "Privacy Nutrition Label" shown on each App's store listing. This is Apple's data practice, not ours, and this Policy doesn't cover it.
If we develop new Apps, or add new features to existing ones, that change what data is collected, we'll update this section and the relevant App Store listing accordingly.
10. Our Books
In short: Buy a Book through Amazon, and Amazon's own privacy practices apply to that purchase and any reading data.
Our Books, available via Amazon (in digital or physical form), are sold and delivered through Amazon's platform. Amazon collects its own data about your purchase, and for digital/Kindle books, your reading activity, under Amazon's own Privacy Notice. This Policy doesn't cover Amazon's data practices; please refer to Amazon's own Policy for that.
We may separately hold a record that you've purchased a Book, for customer service and communication purposes, consistent with the rest of this Policy.
11. Changes
This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms, and the agreement between you and us.
We may amend this Policy, in whole or part, at our discretion. Changes take effect immediately once posted on oldbullhealth.com. Depending on the change, we may also announce it on our homepage or by email. By continuing to use our Website, Apps, or Books after a change, you're taken to have agreed to it.
If you don't agree with this Policy as amended, please stop using our Website and Apps, and inform us before receiving any further Services.
