1. Overview

TTGR ("the App"), including TTGR, TTGR Core & More, TTGRW and Timer, is a one-time purchase exercise support application developed and published by Old Bull Health Pty Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

We're committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

This document is specific to the TTGR Apps. It sits alongside Old Bull Health's general Privacy Policy and Terms, which also apply to your use of the App. Where this document describes something specific to TTGR that differs from the general Privacy Policy, this document governs your use of the App — because it describes, precisely, what the App actually does.

Although this App does not collect personal information, where applicable Old Bull Health complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data.

The App operates entirely on your device. No account registration is required. No data, including your workout history, session progress, sets or exercises completed, or weights used, is ever sent to our servers or any third-party servers.

No analytics, tracking, or crash reporting tools are embedded in the App. The only data we have any visibility into is the basic, aggregated analytics Apple provides natively to all developers through the App Store — this doesn't identify you individually and isn't collected by us directly.

A practical note: because your workout progress (sessions completed, sets, weights used) is stored only on your device, it may be lost if you change phones, reinstall the App, or restore from certain backups. If your progress history matters to you, keep this in mind before doing any of these.

3. Purchase information

TTGR is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Apple and are governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Old Bull Health does not receive, access, or store any payment or billing information.

4. Apple App Store

When you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain information in accordance with its own privacy policy. This data is collected and managed solely by Apple, and isn't accessible to Old Bull Health. We encourage you to review Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Because the App is distributed via the Apple App Store, its use is also subject to the standard Apple App Store terms set out in Old Bull Health's Terms & Conditions (see "App Store Additional Terms"). Those terms, required by Apple, cover things like licence scope and Apple's role as a third-party beneficiary — they don't change anything described in this Privacy Policy.

5. Children's privacy

The App does not collect any information from any user, including children under the age of 13. As no data is collected, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and is consistent with Old Bull Health's compliance with Australian Child Protection legislation.

6. Data security

Because we don't collect or store any data on our end, there's no personal information at risk of unauthorised access, disclosure, or breach in connection with your use of the App.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, communicated via an App update. If a future update ever changes what data is collected, we'll update this Policy and the App Store listing before that change goes live. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
