How to use. 3 easy options.
- Just mix with 150ml water and drink it down. Not the best idea, taste can be average, (It is a greens powder, and we didn't add stuff just to make it taste better) but the method is effective.
- Mix with Old Bull Health protein powder into your morning shake. Tastes good and blends well.
- Mix into your daily smoothie, we recommend berries as an ingredient. Taste depends on size and flavouring but on average works well.

This is a bit of a "it depends" answer. It depends on your weight, age, life ambitions, and how much you exercise.
- Australian RDI * 0.84 g per KG body weight for a 76 KG male
- Age and activity increase this requirement to a range of around 1.2 g+ per KG body weight. See our Protein Intake Tables.
- It also depends on what else you consume during the day. e.g. large flat white coffee - approx. 8 g protein, chicken drumstick - approx. 12 g etc.
