Stress can take a toll on your physical and mental well-being.

Try our simple stress test. It's old school and designed to help you broadly assess your current stress levels and try to take action before it impacts your health.

How to Complete the Stress Test:

  1. Go through the questions from 1-10 below.
  2. For each question you answer "yes" score 1 point and keep a mental tally.
  3. Calculate a total out of 10.

  • 4 - 5: Stressed - Seek support and stress coping strategies.
  • 6 - 7: Highly stressed - Consider professional support.
  • 8+: Very highly stressed - Seek help to prevent potential health issues.
