How many should I buy?

One tub contains around 30 servings, so it should last an individual one month with daily use. It is designed for ongoing use, so keep in mind our 90-day 3-pack.
Protein
One bag contains 30 servings of 30 g, so it should last an individual one month with daily use.
- Australian RDI * 0.84 g per KG body weight for a 76 KG male (Minimum)
- Age and activity increase this requirement to a range of around 1.2 g - 1.4 g per KG body weight. See the Protein Intake Tables.
One tub is around 15 - 30 servings, depending on daily use: 10 g starter and 5 g for maintenance. 10 g marine collagen is what the clinical trial recommended over 8 weeks. Use daily.
