1. Add 150ml water and drink it down every morning.

WARNINGS

Contains Selenium, which can be toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. (Product contains 80mcg Selenium).  Contains Zinc, which can be dangerous if taken in large amounts for a long period (The product contains 25mg of Zinc, the UL (upper limit) is 40mg daily). Ginger, Individuals using coagulants or at risk of bleeding problems should seek advice from a healthcare practitioner prior to using. (Zingiber Officinale). In rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop using and see a doctor if you experience yellowing skin or eyes or experience unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
