This App was built on a simple principle: your data belongs to you, stays on your device, and goes nowhere else — unless you actively choose to share a task yourself. This policy explains exactly how that works.

This document is specific to the To Do Parking Stacker App. It sits alongside Old Bull Health's general Privacy Policy and Terms, which also apply to your use of this App. Where this document describes something specific to this App that differs from the general Privacy Policy, this document governs your use of this App — because it describes, precisely, what this App actually does.

Although this App does not collect personal information, where applicable Old Bull Health complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What information do we collect?

None.

This App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no registration, no login, no subscriptions, and no user profiles.

How your data is stored

Everything you enter — your to-do items, lists, notes, or any other content — is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to a cloud server, third-party service, or any remote system.

If you delete the App, all data associated with it is deleted from your device. We have no copy of it, because we never had access to it in the first place. Once you delete the App, the data is gone — unless you've kept a backup yourself.

A practical warning: because of the above, data may be lost when changing phones, reinstalling the App, or restoring from certain backups. If your task list matters to you, take a screenshot or note it down elsewhere before doing any of these.

Tracking and analytics

This App was built from the ground up to be simple and does not use:

• Analytics tools of any kind, other than the standard, aggregated app performance reporting Apple provides natively to all developers
• Crash reporting services
• Advertising networks
• Tracking pixels or identifiers
• Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA)
• Any third-party SDKs that collect data

We do not track your behaviour, usage patterns, location, or any other activity inside or outside the App.

Third parties

This App shares no data with any third party, because there's no data to share. We have no relationship with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics companies in connection with this App.

Where you download this App via the Apple App Store, Apple separately collects information about your download and use of the App, under Apple's own Privacy Policy and the Privacy Nutrition Label shown on the App's store listing. That's Apple's data practice, not ours, and this Policy doesn't cover it.

Children

This App is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. It's built to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's guidelines for apps used by minors, and is consistent with Old Bull Health's compliance with Australian Child Protection legislation.

Purchases and payments

None. This App is free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, hidden charges, or premium tiers. No payment information is ever requested or processed within the App.

(If this changes in a future update — for example, if an in-app purchase or subscription is introduced — any such purchase would be processed by Apple under Apple's own payment and privacy terms, consistent with Old Bull Health's general Terms & Conditions. We'd update this Policy to reflect that before any such change goes live.)

Permissions

This App requests only the permissions it needs to function. Any system permissions (such as notifications, if applicable) are requested only when they're used, and can be revoked anytime through your device settings. No permission is used to collect or transmit data.

App Store terms

Because this App is distributed via the Apple App Store, its use is also subject to the standard Apple App Store terms set out in Old Bull Health's Terms (see "App Store Additional Terms"). Those terms, required by Apple, cover things like licence scope and Apple's role as a third-party beneficiary — they don't change anything described in this Privacy Policy.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this document and clearly note what's changed. Given how this App works — no data collection, no tracking, no cloud — we don't anticipate material changes, but if we ever do add a feature that changes what's collected, we'll update this Policy and the App Store listing before that feature goes live.
